Mango alone makes up the top of Al Majed Oud Sun, ripe, juicy and tropical, with a sweetness that is soft rather than sharp. Orange blossom stands in the heart, white, honeyed and a little citrusy, which echoes the fruit while turning it floral. Two notes, two moods, and a quick handover between them.
Sandalwood completes the picture as the only base note. It is creamy, smooth and gently woody, and it takes the edge off the fruit without darkening it. With just three notes in total, the scent is simple to follow: tropical fruit first, blossom second and soft wood to finish.
